What actually happens is that when the field is clicked, the text is briefly changed to a larger font size, then a still larger size, then returned to its normal size. The effect is of words lunging at the audience. Bulger fields are preset for 12-point Geneva type, right-aligned, and the fields are lightly shadowed. This effect is far from subtle, and is best used sparingly. To work properly, it requires the availability of 18-point and 24-point Geneva fonts as well as 12-point Geneva.
